On the ground floor: spacious living room withs sofas, dining and separated living area with direct access to the beautiful terrace with porch, a modern equipped kitchen, a double room with two single beds and a bathroom.

On first floor which is mansard-roofed, one master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one big large common area with a large sofa (bed sofa for 2 persons) and two semi-open rooms (one with double bed and the other with single bed) and a bathroom. The house also has an old cellar.

The outdoor area consists of a large pool (140m2) designed with three depths: Jacuzzi, a children's pool and regular bath area and surrounded with lush and tropical vegetation with banana trees, ancient trees ... which create welcoming atmosphere of shade and relax.
